Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
This is the second best recipe I've found. Today was my first time cooking it. I was surprised how easy and delicious it turned out. I was kind of scared it might be tough and bland but it was the opposite. It was flavorful and it really did fall off the bone. I bought my pork ribs from costco (2 pack of ribs) it was 7 lbs. I used about 2 bottles of Kraft Original bbq sauce. I first sprinkled salt, pepper and paprika on the ribs before putting the bbq sauce all over. I covered it in foil and left it overnight in the fridge. I baked it for 3 1/2 hrs then I opened and added more bbq sauce and cooked it uncovered for 15 mins. I wanted to take a picture and post it on but they beat me to the ribs and it was gone. My father in law wants me to make it again for my sister in law's baby shower next week. Thanks!!!

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
This recipe is YUMMY! I cooked this for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I must agree with the others that this recipe makes a lot of sauce so I would use 1 less can of evaporated milk. It does take a while for the sauce to thicken. It was grainy but next time I know to use good parmesan cheese and not the processed grated one. I cooked the sauce in high heat and stirred it occasionally until it was thick. I will definitely make this again...
