Cowboy Stew I
Excellent. Very good and easy to make, everyone loved it. I didnt know what was meant by "baked beans with pork" in the ingredient list so I used Pork+Beans. Its very mild, hardly any chili heat. I made some corn bread in an iron skillet and it made a great winter-day meal. Recommended.

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
I thought this was pretty good. Everyone ate it up and liked it. I used skinless beef smoked sausage, doubled the garlic and added some balsamic vinegar and increased the pepper. I couldnt find any zita pasta so I used small sea shell pasta. It makes for a filling and unusual meal. Good for fans of sauerkraut and sausage. It didnt look that bad when it was all mixed together and on the table either. It looked like pasta with sausage.

Emily's Excellent Taco Casserole
This was gooood! I couldnt find any vegetarian chili so I bought the store brand. The meat was listed near the end of the ingredients. There didnt seem to be a lot of meat present. I used the Tostitos brand bite size tortilla chips. The cooking softens the tortilla chips. I put the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream on the table and let every put on what they wanted. The sour cream made it very rich and filling. It could be eliminated, although it was good. Excellent and liked by all.
