Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas

Very good. I was alittle worried about the honey but made the recipe as written. Could not tell there was honey in it. Had a nice hint of lime. Will make again.

Bavarian Style Meatballs

Took these to a meeting with 20 people and everyone seams to pick out the meat balls with out the other ingredients. I thought they were very good.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I messed up the recipe. I put the butter in with the cream cheese instead of on top. It came out wonderful anyway. I did use half cup sugar on top instead of 3/4. I used the honey. Will make again.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

I only use regular butter for sauce .Fry then bake 350 for 15 mins. I brown the breasts in oil. I only get enough coating for 6 breasts. Everyone I make this for wants the recipe.

Exotic Mushroom and Walnut Pate

This was outstanding. I made half the recipe for the four of us. We all really liked it. I roasted my garlic in the oven with the dessert I was baking for dinner. I froze the rest of the roasted garlic because I know I will be making this again.

Deb's Scallops Florentine

This dish was outstanding. I used 2lbs of scallops and an additional 1/2 recipe of the sauce. I also took the advise of others and used half and half instead of heavy cream , good choice. It was so good, the four of us just about ate ever bit.
