Light and refreshing.

This was a pretty quick & easy recipe, except for peeling the apples. I brought this to a friend's house and it was a hit. I thought perhaps there was a little too much butter in it. My suggestion to the people who thought it was too salty is to use unsalted butter. It's worth another try.

I did not care for this much. It was like soggy bread to me but maybe I didn't make it right. On the other hand, my husband ate it all up.

This was delicious! I made muffins instead of bread. It made 11 muffins. I did the changes some people recommended of adding 1/2 c milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and then added 1 TBS of wheat germ. Sprinkled a little sugar on top and cooked for 30-35 min. Everyone loved them. Thanks!

This is one of the best BBQ chicken pizzas I have had. I omitted the molasses (because I did not have any) and added 1/2 tsp of dried cilantro instead of fresh. Also, I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on top. I need to find a better pizza crust (I used a store brand one). Tasty! And picture perfect!

This was delicious. And an easy one pan recipe (except cooking the pasta seperately). I added 1 lb. small shrimp in with the tomatoes (I used diced tomatoes). It was great. Thank you.

My favorite chili recipe to date. I followed some other suggestions like more chili powder, less onion, less tomatoes (I used diced). Very well liked.

This is the first corn bread recipe I have ever tried and will no longer be looking for another one. I followed the recipe as is and paired it with My Chili recipe. Everyone loved the meal!

This was good. I noted some people had trouble swirling the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate so I did half at a time and it worked out great.

This was very tasty. However, there was not enough sauce to enjoy on both the chicken and the pasta. So I just served it on the chicken. I agree with someone's suggestion to make the sauce last since it does reduce while staying warm.

I really liked the taste of these. Much more exciting than plain green beans. My family wasn't as big a fan. I did add minced garlic with the beans as well as added sesame seeds to the oil to toast. To complete the meal I made 'Asian beef skewers' and plain jasmine rice. Fun.

I really liked the taste of these. My family wasn't as big a fan as I was. I thought they had the right amount of taste but my husband thought it could have used more. So perhaps marinating overnight would help with that. Putting the meat on the skewers was a bit of a pain but worth it because they were fun to eat. I omitted the hoisin sauce and cooked them in a very hot oven (475) for about 10 minutes. But keep an eye on them. I would love to try with shrimp. To complete the meal I made 'Japanese-Sytle Sesame Green Beans' and plain jasmine rice. Fun. P.S. I had about 10-15 left over and didn't know how to warm them back up for leftovers without drying out. So I put together a soup. Heat 6 cups broth (beef and/or vegetable) and add dashes of ginger powder, garlic powder, s&p. Then add cut up meat, cooked carrots, cooked green beans, cooked rice. Very tasty.

Delicious! I have never made yeast bread before but was dying to try. I only wanted to make one loaf so I converted this recipe to 12 servings and used the measurements exactly. It turned out great! I haven't had a chance to toast it yet because we keep eating it just the way it is. Thanks!

This was delicious! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I followed the recipe (including beer) and it was great. I used the taco seasoning recipe Patti Kane posted on 10/17/06(which is also "Taco Seasoning I" on this site). It gave this soup the right amount of kick. I used 3 single chicken breasts but perhaps 4 would have been just as good. I rinsed & drained the black beans. I also used petite diced tomatoes. It fit perfectly in my 2.5 qt crockpot. We skipped the optional ingredients since it was great just the way it is. I can't stop eating it!

Delicious! I used pre-cooked shrimp, substituted Ketchup for tomato paste, and still delicious! (prev review on 6/11/08). Since then I have made this recipe twice. But the 3rd time I was tired of skewing the shrimp so I put it all into an aluminum pan and cooked on the grill. This was great! It kept the shrimp moist and much more flavorful since it cooked in the marinade. I will do this from now on. (last update 8/5/08). Ok, I have to add more now that the temperature is colder outside. I put all the shrimp and marinate in an oven proof pan, bake at 425 for approx 30 minutes. It's still great!

Delicious! I used sirloin tips and sauteed in canola oil and sesame oil in a med-hot fry pan. Yummy.

These were ok. I liked this different way to serve potatoes while grilling but they needed more flavor.
