Chicago Deep-Dish Sausage Pizza
This is definitely one I keep under my belt for those nights where I need something quick to make. I am not a huge fan of pizza but I like this dish as it's more like a savoury-italian-meat-pie because of the filling (as opposed to a thin layer of "toppings"). My picky eater husband loves this and my toddler too!

Delmonico Potatoes
I was disapointed with the outcome of thiis recipe. It is a good tasting potato side dish but I will stick to my favourite scalloped potato recipe to which I could add sour cream to get the same flavour as this time-consuming recipe (boiling potatoes the day before, not to mention the extra dishes this recipe creates does not make it working-mom friendly).

Fully Loaded Cauliflower Salad
I had a head of cauliflower to use up and wondered if there existed a salad similar to the usual broccoli salad recipes I tried in the past. This recipe isn't quite the same, as other reviewers have mentioned, because it isn't quite healthy. That being said, I would agree with Dianemwj who suggested cutting the dressing proportions in half (you'll still have plenty & it still won't be healthy - so picky eaters will eat it any ways). This being said, it does take the bland cauliflower and make it taste good - bacon-ish!
