Baked Ziti I

This is awesome! I increased sour cream by 1/2 cup, and cheeses by 1 oz each. Put a cookie sheet under pan! This dish looks and tastes great. Crowd-pleaser!!!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are wonderful cookies! I used a 1/4 measuring cup to make mine and increased the baking time to 11-12 minutes. Huge, soft and delicious... A lot of the problems I read that people had with this recipe can be attributed to dark baking sheets, uncalibrated ovens, warm cookie sheets, cold butter, cold eggs, etc... common baking problems. Read up on baking basics if you aren't completely familiar with the process! Then try these cookies - they are great!

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

I lost my muffin pan in the move so I used a bread loaf pan and reduced the heat to 300. Baked for about 90 minutes, came out GREAT!!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

The first time I baked them with one bag of mini baking M&Ms. They were perfect!!! The next time I used two cups of choc chips and although they came out thin, they were still pretty good.
