This naan came out great! I made a full recipe, divided it into eight big piece, and grilled on a cuisinart griller. Next time I think I'll divide it into six pieces and roll the balls a little thicker. A couple things I would have changed... I thought the naan was way too buttery - after the first two naan that I did, I quit spreading butter on it (although it did taste good, I just like it better with not so much butter). Also, by suggestions from others who tried the recipe, i rolled the naan pretty thin - it was too thin for me. But I like my naan chewy and thick, so I guess it depends on your preference. Mine bubbled a little, but not so much. I also want to try it in a skillet. But the end result still tasted great with some chicken tikki masala and basmati rice!
