About this Cook
The thing I like best about cooking is trying new recipes... I have made over 600 recipes from AR and have also taken over 600 photos. But now I can't log in to my original account - I can only log on with a new user name and then find my photos and Recipe Book contents through the "cooks" page. Hamburger Hash
Excellent way to use leftover browned ground beef & onions. I did add worcestershire sauce as per many other reviewers and then to make the dish more hash-like in appearance I scooped the meat and potatoes out of the liquid (it hadn't all reduced by the time the potatoes were cooked) and browned the hash in a skillet.

Spinach Cheese Pasta
I made this for the second time today - I enjoyed it the first time around but did think it could use a bit more seasoning in addition to the garlic. Added a splash of lemon juice and chopped fresh oregano...and I used gluten-free pasta for a tasty and nutritious lunch with iron and protein.

Kielbasa and Cabbage II
I liked this and will probably make it again but I did saute the onion and the sausage together first and then added the cabbage. I used a bag of coleslaw mix with carrots, (it was nice to have another color in the dish) and although I used the full amount of cajun seasoning, I skipped the black pepper completely. I was afraid that would have been too spicy for my taste.
