Awesome! This was the first time I have ever tried to cook fish. I became a seafood lover only a short time ago. My husband said it was the best fish he has ever had and my daughter, who has NEVER eaten fish, loved it. It is the best fish I have ever had, including all of the resturants I have eaten which include a 5 star seafood resturant. It was so easy! This is going to be on our weekly rotation.
