McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

Perfect recipe exactly as written. I made a batch a couple of days ago and they smelled fantastic and tasted wonderful! I'm getting ready to make another batch right now! 8 minutes was perfect...they are soft and delicious!

Kickin' Collard Greens

I made these for dinner with pork chops last night and they were a big hit with my husband. The red pepper flake gives it just the right amount of 'kick'.

Honey Cornbread

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2009
This recipe is excellent. It has great texture and flavor. The only changes I made were out of necessity- I used white corn meal instead of yellow and I substituted 3/4 C whole milk and 1/3 C melted butter for the cream as another reviewer suggested since I didn't have any. This is my new staple recipe for cornbread.

Sweet Potato Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
This was amazing! I made a few changes- I used margarine instead of butter (cuz I didn't have any), I added a half teaspoon of ginger, and I roasted the sweet potatoes in the oven just to amp up the flavor. All in all this was the BEST sweet potato pie I've ever tasted!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
These are absolutely AMAZING. I followed the recipe exactly, only I cooked them in a 13x9 baking dish with a little parchment paper under them. I took the advice of some others and cut them with dental floss. This is so simple and the results are fantastic...I can't stop eating them !! I did make up an icing of powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, but if you don't have a big sweet tooth, they are perfect as is !

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2006
This is an excellent recipe. I find that the longer it stays refridgerated the more the pumpkin flavor comes out. Good luck getting it to last, though!
