Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

A very comforting soup. I followed the recipe with the only change being that I bought already shredded chicken. I don't think it made any difference. I added sour cream and shredded cheese when serving. The tortilla strips are great. This I will make again!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

Great stew!! I began cooking in the morning and cooked 5 hours on high and 4 hours on low. It was ready and delicious! No need to start the night before. The only change I made was using beef broth instead of water for extra flavor! Highly recommend. There is barely any left over!

Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup

We loved this soup! The only change I made was adding a can of cream of chicken soup at the end to make it thicker. It was very filling. We used croutons instead of crackers or bread and it was a nice addition in the soup. I will make it again!

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

This is a good, filling soup. I made no changes except to add one can of cream of mushroom soup to make this a little thicker. It was delicious.

Chicken and Rice Soup I

This soup was delicious! I made it according to the recipe and let it simmer for a couple hours. A nice touch was serving it in a sourdough "bread bowl". I will make it again!
