Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing

I've made this two Thanksgivings in a row and one Christmas, and it's ALWAYS a hit! So much so that my sister asked for the recipe and made it for her friends Thanksgiving party. If you don't like traditional stuffing, or just love cornbread, this is definitely the way to go! I made it just as described.

World's Best Lasagna

Made this with my Fiance on Sunday to freeze for the rest of the week and it turned out pretty well. My only caveat (much like others) is that you need to make more of the ricotta mixture. We barely had enough to cover the layers (and certainly not as much as we would have liked).

Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf

We loved these, but would have used a bit more chipotle since we like things a bit spicier. We only used one for half the recipe, and couldn't taste the heat at all.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

My fiance and I loved this one. It needed a bit more pepper for us, but the sauce and shrimp were delicious. We would also keep lemon wedges on the side to squeeze ove rthe dish when its finished.

Beef or Chicken Marinade

Marinated some chicken before my morning exercise so my fiancé and I could enjoy a tasty Sunday lunch! He loved it from the second he smelled the marinade. I did leave out the green onions because we didn't have any, and I reduced the amount of oil used. Grilled, our chicken was delicious!

Spicy Orange Teriyaki Marinade

Used this marinade for turkey breasts and it was delicious! My fiance likes spicy so this worked well for him. We substituted Thai chili sauce for hot sauce because we already had it.

Fish Tacos

These are yummy! I will say, I floured, egged, and breaded the fish then put it in the oven at 400 for 6 minutes on each side. Resulted in crispy delicious fish that were healthier than fried ones. Yum!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

My fiance and I love these! We were looking for something new and delicious and these hit the spot. I did read the reviews and use two eggs to ensure they stuck together and it worked wonderfully. We'll definitely be making these again

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

My fiance and I really liked these. Four stars because we used black beans instead of kidney like other reviewers said. We also didn't mash the beans, but left them whole. Quite tasty and filling.

Chicken Parmigiana

Delicious and simple chicken parm recipe! I made this for my fiance last night because we hadn't planned in advance but had all the ingredients for this already. It was kind of a throwback to NYC where we spent many years and chicken parm is a staple. It took a bit of time to make, but we followed "somethingdifferentagain?!'s" modifications and it came out delicious. Parm and italian seasonings in the bread crumbs, baked on rack on cookie sheet to maintain crisp-ness, no sauce on top for second bake. Overall turned out quite well, and I will definitely make it again!

Hugh's Dry Rub

I made this rub for pork chops, and actually used it for grilled chicken as well. I found that it coats best when mixed with olive oil (about 1:1). My boyfriend really like the flavor!

Sukhothai Pad Thai

We couldn't find tamarind or dried oriental radish, so made the recipe as directed without it and it tasted delicious! I'm sure it would be even better had we included it, but alas those are tough ingredients to find.

California Kabobs

These are fantastic. My boyfriend and I made them on the grill and the marinade was delicious as well as the veg. The only thing I would day is be certain to get a good cut of steak. We made the mistake of not using sirloin and it was a bit tough, even with the marinade.
