Stuffed Peppers My Way
Made these tonight with only a few changes... since we didn't have but only half a tomato and the rice was slightly dry, I added a can of condensed tomato soup. Also added garlic as others suggested to the green onion and tomato mix, then added meatless veggies crumbles for protein. They were so good... even our picky 10 year old who will not eat peppers said they were "awesome"!! Thanks!!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were so darn tasty!! I must admit that they were a little tedious to make, solely because I don't have a food processor... so I spent a lot of time chopping the onion and green pepper, but even with the larger pieces of veggies, these were amazing! My family all greatly enjoyed these! The BF asked if they were fairly easy to make and I explained the chopping... He was disappointed in the time it took, but on the bright side, I believe we will be investing in a food processor soon! I used garlic bread crumbs to help enhance the flavor a bit more, and omitted the chili sauce due to the spice level tolerance not being the same for everyone and they still had so much flavor with the cumin and chili power. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey
I made this for the first time three years ago for a carry in at work. I put the turkey in the crock pot prior to leaving for work and let the rest of the cooking happen while we were waiting for lunch time. By the time lunch came around my team at work was just about salivating over the smell! It was a hit and I was asked for teh recipe by all. Since then, my mom and and I have used this every Thanksgiving! Thank you for such a great and easy way to do a turkey!
