Banana Crumb Muffins

Very nice, the kids loved the "stuff on the top", an easy one for the kids to make. I also like the fact that the ingredients are ones that you always have.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Yum, will Definetly make again. I used the Italian Seasoning in with the breadcrumbs like others have said. 4 out of my 5 family members loved it, including 2 kids.

This pie is very nice and easy to make, I made little ones in patty pans and topped with cheese instead of pastry and my 8 year old son liked these better. The 1st time I made these I followed the recipe exactly, the 2nd time I made them in Texas Muffin Pans, I liked those ones better. I used frozen puff pastry.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These cookies are beautiful, my 6 year old daughter was eating them raw, I couldn't cook them quick enough. I have been asked for the recipe. I cooked them 5 days ago and they are still crunchy. Yummy!!!

I loved this recipe. Although will use a bigger tray next time. The kids liked it better the next day when I stirred it around and combined everything together.

Barley Chicken Casserole

I made this recipe and my husband had 'three lots of 2nds'. He was a bit weary about the barley, as I have never cooked with it before, but he did enjoy it. My kids who are 'picky eaters' ate more of the vegetable mix than I expected them too. I tricked them and told them it was a type of rice. I'll definitely cook it again. Having never cooked with Barley before, I wasn't sure whether you had to soak the Barley, before putting it in the dish. I boiled it while I was preparing the vegetables.
