Curried Egg Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 3, 2014
So easy and tasty. I love curry and I love egg sandwiches. Combining the two is like heaven in my mouth... I am eating heaven. That doesn't sound good. Anyway, the recipe is great.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2007
Loved it! The grill wasn't working though, so I let it broil on low in the oven for 8 minutes on one side, flipped it, took the skin off, and let it cook for 5 minutes after that. It turned out great! Everyone really loved it. Thanks for this awesome, yet easy recipe!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
I thought this was okay.. the dressing wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be, so next time I'll go with what someone said and just use balsamic vinagrette instead.

Devil's Steak Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
Yum! The first time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly, but it tasted too much like worcestershire sauce. So the next time I made this I used *slightly* less and I also doubled the recipe and added 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (melted and mashed up). It tasted extra sweet, but I love that. If really sweet sauce isn't your thing, then don't do what I did. But using a little less worcestershire sauce would help either way.

Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2006
This was excellent! It took me about 20-30 minutes to chop everything (I'm slow). But I anticipated that, so I knew to add more time to what the recipe said. It turned out great, and I thought everything tasted better the second day, when it had time to absorb all the flavors. I'll probably make this again!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2006
These were yummy. Very simple and easy to make. I accidently put more garlic powder than was needed, but it still tasted like normal sloppy joes. Very tasty!

Tomato Cheese Melt

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
I thought this was very good! I bought grated parmesan cheese on accident (oops!), but it was still great. I also love cheese, so I added extra cheddar cheese and it was very yummy. (Definitely broil it. I made it twice because the first time I was already making something in the oven, so I couldn't put it on the broiler. The bottoms of the bagel burnt while the cheese was still not melted. Though when I used to broiler, everything was perfect.)

Sunshine Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2006
I love this! I've made it a million times before, and it always turns out great. For some reason it seems to have a lot better taste and texture than just a piece of toast dipped into an egg. It also benefits my dog, since I don't like being wasteful of the cut-out piece of bread, I always give it to her :P

Onions Baked with Rosemary and Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
This was excellent! I'm not very big on onions, I like them, but don't love them. But after seeing all the great reviews, I decided to try them. And they were AWESOME! I loved the sauce they were in. I served this with steak and potatoes (and this mixed very well with the potatoes.. the sauce was great on them). Everyone really loved them, and even my boyfriend (who despises onions) found them to be good. I will definitely make this again. The amount of time it takes to cook this is worth it!

Barb's Supreme Curried Ham and Egg Stacks

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
I thought this was okay. It didn't bedazzle my tastebuds, but I did give it another shot. The first time I made it exactly as the recipe said, and it was pretty good, seemed like a little much for me in the morning, but a good amount to fill me up. I couldn't taste the sauce very much though. So, another day I tried just the ham, eggs, and sauce (no shallots or biscuit) and it was perfect for me. It was a little quicker to make and I could taste the sauce more. I'll probably make this again.

This was great! I made it for a halloween party and everyone loved it. I would've taken a picture, but everyone ate it too fast! :)
