I am not a very experienced cook, and I was still able to pull this one off. I took some others' suggestions to make gravy out of the sauce, but I guessed at how much cornstarch to add, and I think mine was a little too thick... But for the recipe, I tripled the marinade (dinner for 11) for about 9 lbs of tenderloin. I marinated the pork for about 6 hours before roasting in the oven. I roasted it at 350 for about 40 minutes (until the meat was 150). I let it sit for about 15 minutes before serving. Everyone raved and asked to take home the leftovers.
