Puerto Rican Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2006
What a wonderful example of how cultures are like recipes, the ingredients are all the same, it's just in how you put them together, lol. I'm sure this is very Puerto Rican, but it's also very Italian, I have had it done this was as well as by rubbing the oregano and other spices out side and inserting whole cloves of garlic into the slits in the meat. Also, turkey receives the same treatment with great results, garlic turkey is a favorite aorund the holidays with an Irish relative of mine. It really IS a small world folks!
