Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I decided to be a grown up and try brussel sprouts using this recipe. I didn't love them, but I didn't hate them either. The main reason I won't be making brussel sprouts again is because I didn't care for the way they made my house smell for two days!
Like one of the other reviewers, I cut the sprouts in half before roasting. This cut down on the baking time by about 15 minutes, and it helped to brown the bottoms.
