Made these today. Followed recipe exactly. Fabulous! My husband and daughter just loved them. There is a bunch of leftover filling. It does make alot! This is a keeper. It will ALWAYS be my "go to" recipe for enchiladas. Thanks!

Oatmeal Dinner Rolls

well, I printed out the recipe and it reads 1 1/3 cup of water, which I thought was alot. I noticed several other people commented on this too. Now the recipe reads only 1/3 cup. Big difference folks.It took soo much flour to get the dough to be workable. I have just finished making them into the 18 balls. I am hoping I did not spend all this time for a roll thats a rock. I will be upset if I have wasted my money and time on a misprint. I will see what I get when they are finished, but I'm not real hopeful at this point.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

I was kinda scared to try something new, after all, it's Thanksgiving Day. But I made this just like the recipe said, and it was PERFECT. I received so many compliments. For now now on, this is a family tradition, and so easy...I had time do so many other things.

Sausage Stuffing

I have been using this exact recipe for 20 years now. It has always been a hit, and the only complaint is that I never made enough! I now triple this recipe. Fabulous dish anytime, but extra special with Thaksgiving dinner.
