Very easy and tasted great! I slow cooked the pork on low for about 5 hours, drained and shredded it, and then put it back in the slow cooker, and added Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory BBQ sauce, turned the cooker down to "keep warm" until dinner (about an hour) I've never done this before, and had no idea how to "pull" pork, so I read some things online and took two forks and just ripped the meat - by the time it came for pulling, the meat was so loose and tender - it was very easy.
