Perfect as written! I've never had a shrimp recipe turn out so delicious!

Beer Margaritas

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
Amazing recipe! Doesn't have a beer taste, and isn't sickeningly sweet like so many margarita mixes! I've made this 3-4 times for summer parties and it's been a huge hit every time.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
Delicious! Very light and fluffy. I ended up substituting brown sugar for white since it was all I had on hand, but I doubt it changed the outcome of the recipe any.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
I did substitute butter for the shortening, so I know I'm not 'rating the original recipe,' but this was sooo good! These pancakes are unbelievably fluffy and will be the recipe I use from now on!

Tofu Creamed Spinach

Reviewed: May 5, 2008
Great recipe! It's a filling, delish dinner when tossed with pasta, and would probably be a great filling for a lasagna. Next time I'll probably add tomatoes or mushrooms too

Slow Cooker Lentils and Sausage

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2007
This is a really great recipe for those who love lentils. It took a little longer than 3 hours in my slow cooker on high, but its still great! We usually add garlic, potatoes, onion, carrots and a dash of chili powder in addition to the ingredients.

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
Amazing recipe! Per suggestions, I baked the cakes in a muffin tin at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I changed the mayo dip to my liking by adding a few spoonfuls of yogurt to make it sweeter and creamier. I will definitely make this again!

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 13, 2007
Amazing! I substituted apple sauce for the oil, and used bananas instead of blueberries since it was what I had on hand. They turned out so moist and delicious! This is definitely a keeper!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

Reviewed: May 7, 2007
Meh. I don't know if it has anything to do with using Natural peanut butter, but you can hardly taste it. It's a pretty good soup otherwise.

Garlic Pork Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
Amazing! I followed the recipe almost exactly. The only change I made was adding more of my favorite veggies like carrots, small red potatoes, and mushrooms. Everything turned out incredibly moist and tender! It was perfect, and I'll definitely make this again and again!

Baked Shells in Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
It does start off pretty bland on its own. Next time I'll add more vegetables.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2007
At first I thought the mix might be a little too salty (I also added crab meat), but after baking they turned out to be little bites of pure heaven! There are wonderful, and it does help to dip the caps in butter before baking so that they stay moist!

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
My husband loves lemon, so I used 3T instead of just one, and just covered the glass dish with foil instead of individually wrapping. Turned out excellent, especially with the juices poured over couscous.

Broccoli and Cheddar Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2007
Excellent! Tasted great, was just the right consistency. The only thing I did differently was that I used some half and half I had on hand instead of whole or 2%. Will definately make this again.
