Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is? It's taking over & I'd like to research it. I usually keep the tags on the plants, but can't find it on this one.  Sorry, the sun was shining weirdly & I didn't get very good pics. Here is a fuller version.  And, I'd also like to know what… MORE

Daddy's Guacamole Dip
Separately these are some of my favorite ingredients but they sounded weird all put together. I was really surprised at how good it is. I didn't have any tomatoes so I left that out. I did change up the ratios and used less cottage cheese. I'm only making it for myself and only using 1 smallish avocado so the amount of cottage cheese listed sounded like way too much.

Easy Roasted Cabbage
This was my first time ever trying roasted cabbage. I have to say it was better than I was expecting. I added a little parm and a squeeze of lemon. I cut mine thinner so I cooked it a shorter amount of time.

My Favorite Pork Turkey Meatloaf
Wow 10 stars from my family - they loved it. I use recipes like this as an opportunity to clean out the fridge. I had an orange and yellow bell pepper and fresh spinach that had seen better days and needed to be used up. I had no carrots but threw in a shallot. More fresh garlic since we love it. I also had 2 whole wheat hot dog buns that I toasted and crunched up for the bread crumbs. Threw in some wheat bran although a lot less of both crumbs and wheat bran, since I felt like the 1 cup of dry was too much. Used less salt and added some granulated garlic (we are garlic nuts) also a few dashes of Cholula. On the top I just squirted ketchup. Cooked it in my pampered chef mini loaf stone for around 40 minutes. I love that thing for meatloaf! Taking it to my mom -she's going to love having meatloaf in the freezer she can just heat it up. Great recipe to customize to your families preferences/seasonings.
