Pumpkin and Butternut Creamed Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
My husband and I really enjoyed this soup and will make again. Since I made it on the fly, I did not use the sugar pumkins. As an after thought, was wondering if the sugar pumkins would add more flavor. The whole process was very easy. Thanks for posting this recipe Sandi!

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
Made Pancakes I for my family of five this morning when I realized my box pancake mix had expired. Since Pancakes are so easy to make I will not buy the box stuff ever again! Did add Vanilla extract like others suggested. Used a 1/4 cup measure as suggested and they all came out a nice size and so easy to flip. CYNDILB Thank-You for posting your recipe. You made me a success with the family this morning!

American Frittata

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
This is a Very good recipe. Will be making again today to use up some leftover ham. The first time I made this recipe I cooked my potatoes in the microwave ( I'm lazy about washing pots). My choice to add sliced grape tomatoes and roasted chiles (have bags in freezer from our local Chile Fest.). Was so surprised my husband and son ate so much of this Frittata! This 2nd time I will make sure to leave out as many of the chile seeds as I can, my son thought it was too hot. Also served with salsa and sour cream on the side. I've made Frittata's before and this is one of the best! Thanks Jody, Hugs to U!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2012
My husband and I made this recipe together and all went well, no fighting! Made as stated, no changes or subs on ingredients. Patty's did try to fall apart when turning over in fry pan, but in the end they where whole. My husband loved the sauce, which is tangy from the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, two ingredients He Loves! All in all, it was a winner! Nice change from hamburgers, which he loves and as I said no disagreements. Thank you for submitting your recipe Kelly Berenger
