Really loved this. Added heaping amounts of spices as others suggested and served with garlic cous cous. Delish!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
YUM!!! Recipe makes a lot- have been making in batches and finally froze dough. I also added cut up peanut butter cups and chocolate chips to dough for one batch (rolled dough into balls after and baked adding peanut butter cup at end). GREAT!

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This was good yet bland. I had to add way more seasoning and more sauce (tomato and chicken broth) as it was very chunky. Made a ton, ate it for two nights, gave two servings to the neighbor and have left overs in the freezer for two or three more meals.

Moroccan Lentil Soup

Very Good... double recipe to freeze for later date. I sometimes add chicken...we are not vegetarians and I often like a little more of a heartier meal.

Sweet Corn Tomalito

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
Yum- never been to Chevy's but worked at Cheesecake Factory and these are very similar to their Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes. I have always made this in the microwave and it turns out everytime.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
My favorite...always double or triple for large crowds or freezing and eating later! Pretty spicy so I often don't use all of the chiles and jalepenos.

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2009
Very good! This recipe makes a ton of sauce so I always make more chicken. A little time consuming but worth the effort- I let the chicken marinate in step two ingredients overnight.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
I did not think that I liked pumpkin things but this was so good!!! I did add double the spices as others had suggested but changed nothing else and it was perfect. Thanks for a great bread recipe.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
I make this banana bread all of the time and it is truly the best. I sometimes add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla and a tablespoon of mayo (heard that it makes breads moist?!?!)- sometimes not. It really is perfect just the way it is (I had no idea how many bananas made 2 1/3 cups- between 6 and 8 after recently measuring it out).

Overnight Bubble Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
These are awesome! I make them all of the time and have turned several of my friends on to them. I was a little embarrassed to pass on the recipe because of how easy they are to make. I add a ton more pecans and I also use 3/4 cup of butter and 3/4 cup of brown sugar heated and mixed together. A friend of mine recently made the bubble bread with Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls and said they were better than ever so next time I will try it with the cinnamon rolls as well. I have used Vanilla Cook and Serve pudding when I did not have Butterscotch available and it makes no difference. Yeah! Thank you for this quick and easy recipe! What a hit!
