Chef John's Stuffed Peppers

WOW! I just made these for dinner, and I can't believe how good they are! I didn't have the hot italian sausage, so I used sweet italian sausage...everything else was exactly the same. My husband can't wait to have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Awesome Korean Steak

Really enjoyed this dish. My husband (who is a very picky person) even said he liked it. I was worried because he usually hates anything that has sugar added to it. The only change that I had to make was substituting the Mirin with White Wine. Served this with white rice and a stir fry (that we used this marinade with).

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

I made this exactly as stated with an exception of time, because I had a 5 lb chicken. I sprinkled the seasonings inside cavity and all over the outside of the chicken. I roasted this breast side down. Turned out so moist and juicy! I almost had a full serving as I was carving the chicken in the kitchen! So good!

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

Yummy!! I used 1 lb of ground beef, 1/2 block of cream cheese and 2 diced jalapeno peppers. Sprinkled a little salt on each side of the burger once they were ready for the grill.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese

I was skeptical about making this, as I don't think I have ever eaten swiss chard. Oh my gosh, am I glad that I did! I just made this as a side dish for my anniversary dinner. I can not even being to tell you how great this was! Rave reviews with the first bite my husband took. We will be eating this quite a bit, since we have a ton of swiss chard in our garden right now.
