Swedish Meatballs I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
This was very easy to prepare and I got rave reviews from the entire family! The only change I made was to put the onion in a blender, sounds funny but my boyfriend doesn't like the texture of onions. It made for a nice, smooth meatball. We'll be making this again!

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
These were fantastic and so easy to prepare! We dipped them in melted chocolate chips and ate them as confections. I'm thinking about adding them to some homemade vanilla ice cream this summer.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
The kids & I made these at least four times together over the holidays. A great recipe to use when you have "helpers," I put the powdered sugar in a freezer sized bag and sealed it up so they could take turns shaking it to coat the cookies. Wonderfully chocolatey, sofy on the inside with a nice crisp outside. Thank you for sharing!

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I made these exactly as written then added vanilla pudding into the center of some (using a cake decorator) and 3 berry jam to the rest. These were absolutely fantastic, my family will insist I make them again!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
I've never wished I had more zucchini in my garden before, but these are SO good that I will plant more next year just for the brownies. I substituted apple sauce for oil. Hands down the best brownies I've ever had!

Zucchini Patties

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
Wow, these are soooo good! Following advice from previous users I dried the zuc a little using a paper towel. Instead of frying in oil I cooked these on my Foreman Grill, they came out perfect and didn't stick at all! I'll definately make these again, maybe bite sized as an appetizer or serve them with brunch. Excellent recipe. Thanks for sharing!
