Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2015
I made this tonight and it was great. I watched the video because I was skeptical with the brown sugar and ketchup on the bottom. It worked great. I lifted my meatloaf out and sliced it on a platter and the sauce was amazing. I drizzled it over the top and served. I used 2 lbs. of ground sirloin, green onions, and plain bread crumbs because this is what I had. Everything else was the same and used the same measurements. Thanks for the great recipe, family loved it!!!

This is one of my family's favorite dishes. This recipe is great, I don't change a thing other than to double it because we always want leftovers.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: May 15, 2014
I made this last night. I followed the recipe exactly but doubled the ingredients for the sauce/gravy. It was perfect. Flouring the chicken is important because after browning the chicken the flour left in the pan thickens the sauce. I did use only 1 can of diced tomatoes because my kids don't like them but did eat them in this. I had no problems with the sauce thickening and used 1c of water and all the juice from tomatoes. I also pounded my chicken breast flat because I always do. My family loved it!!! Very easy!!

Italian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2014
This was awesome. My husband and two teenage boys loved it! The only thing I did different was pound my boneless pork loin chops to make them like cutlets and added 4 cloves of garlic minced. Will make this again many times.
