E-A-G-L-E-S Swirl Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
This was very tasty as is, and has lots of potential! I made it according to the directions posted, but can definitely see myself adding pepperoni, salami, ham, and other ingrediants as well. Thanks for posting!

Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
This recipe was great! Instead of grilling, I baked them in the oven in a non-stick pan for 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Turned out nice and juicy, with the great flavor of the marinade throughout! The truth is, I will probably double the recipe and put on the same amount of pork. It was delicious!

Belle and Chron's Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This recipe was delicious! The next time I make it, I will take others advice and saute the mushrooms and onions first. Also, I didn't have any chedder, so I threw in mozzerela with the swiss. Turned out great!

This is one of my favorite salads. The roma tomatoes, avocado, feta, and cilantro all go well together. No spices or dressings needed with this one!

I added paprika and bacon to mine. Turned out great! Next time, I will have to add a little fresh mustard or mustard powder as well.

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2007
The description is right on; tossing it the second time with the flour mixture locks in the flavor and the juices! My favorite fried chicken recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie I

My family loved this recipe! It is so easy to make. I added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup along with the cream of chicken and some fresh zucchini to make it an autumn feel. Served with a fresh salad, you cant go wrong!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
This dish was money! I was very pleased. All of the ingredients were perfect and the directions listed were right on. I did feel a little embarressed when I asked the grocery store clerk where I can find the homeny, but it was worth not ignoring! Very very happy!

German Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
I halved the recipe to make less servings. I halved every ingredient, and next time I try it, I will just use half the potatoes but use the same for everything else. The potato shreds didn't hold together so well when I only used 1 egg and 1 tblspn of flour.

Crab and Swiss Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
I thought this was a good dish with lots of potential. Although the original lacks any spices, variations will really set this dish apart. I added bacon and onions to mine, and also considered using green peppers and mushrooms (definitely next time). All in all, a good dish that will fill the family's stomach!

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
What a great recipe! I made this for my Super Bowl party - to go along with my spicy buffalo wings. Which ones were gone first? These! Everybody loved them! 4 stars from me, because they are a little sweet for me - but I am sure all of my friends would give it 5.
