Pan Fried Daikon Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2013
What a delicious thing to do with daikon! Even made with vegan and gluten free with a flax "egg" (1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water) and ground oats with a 1/4 tsp italian seasoning. It works to oil some parchment paper and bake for 9 minutes at 400 degrees and flip and bake for another 9 minutes. Squeezed out the water from the shredded daikon too as suggested by other reviewers. Thanks for the recipe!

Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
Yummy goodness! Thanks for the easily veganized recipe! The raisins and coconut are fantastic in here and I also put a 1/4c of seed mix (flax, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, sesame hemp) in there as well for some added healthy fats. I think I will also add a little cinnamon and cayenne for some spice next time!

Traci B's Callaloo Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
Deeelish!! This soup is fantastic! The only change I made was to use black beans in place of back-eyed peas due to a mistake in reading the ingredients but the flavors and textures still meshed together wonderfully! Thanks for this keeper!! Oh i also used fresh lime :)

Rosenmunnar

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
A very yummy simple cookie. I didnt't sift the flour as I had no sifter in the kitchen I was in, but they turned out just fine. As to the crumblyness of the dough...i found if you roll the cookies with closed hands, almost like you are applying hand lotion, they don't crack. 14 minutes was fine.

Fantastic use of pumpkin! I will definately make this one again. My boyfriend said it is his favorite pumpkin pie which is saying a lot since he used to be a chef! This recipe makes enough for 2 9" pies.

Pumpkin Cookies with Penuche Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2006
Oooh yummy! This is an awesome and easy recipe that I will save in my recipe box! Only one modification which is to 1/2 the icing measurments. In order to get the 48 cookies out of this recipe you have to make teeny cookies.
