Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
For 1 Chicken Breast, I used 1tbsp oil and 2cloves of garlic, 1.5tbsp breadcrumb and 1.5tbsp of Chesse, bake it at 220degree C for 30min before broiling for 30s. The cheese will slowly melt and coat the chicken. Yum!

Rosemary Shortbread Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2009
it taste great, but i only gave it 3 stars because it was really sticky even after chilling it. i couldnt roll it out and cut into rectangles, so i roll it into balls and bake it for 8 min. my family prefer it brown at the edges rather than underbaked. it'll be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
I followed the recepe exactly, making half a batch. Nice crispness, but the cookies are slightly bland. My family still love it though. i roll the dough and press it flat before pressing a M&M candy in the middle of each cookie. Managed to make 34 small round cookies.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
Skip the frosting, it is too sweet. However, the brownie itself is GREAT! Everyone should give it a try.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
great taste, but there is no need to add the hot water. it is already very creamy, adding water will spoil the taste. Tip: cook on low heat, place the cram in before the chocolate, and keep on stirring to keep the chocolate from burning
