Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
YES! These were good cookies. I live in Colorado I'm only at 5300 ft and I never really had a cookie problem but it's a problem I never made these cookies! You can tell in the first steps of making these they are going to be good. I doubted the recipe cause it seemed too simple but they were great. They look just like the picture posted. I'm a clumsy cook, meaning 1/4 tsp of salt means me accidently dumping most the salt in the bowl and the recipe stood against my foolishness in the kitchen. I messed this recipe up pretty good and my husband still loved them. I will most definately make these cookies again. Hope I don't goof next time :)

Cinnasweet Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
My husband and I made these seeds last night and we took some of the suggestions by lowering the heat to 350 and watched them closely. I made 2 different kind of seeds and these were the success the other seeds were horrible. My husband says they can stand to be sweeter, I think they need more cinnamon. I will most deffinately make these seeds again. AWESOME!!

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2009
I don't know what happened with this recipe but it didn't work for me at all. The mixture was very watery and I followed the recipe down to the last bit. My crust burnt BAD and there was so much more filling then the regular 9 inch unbaked pie crust. I had plenty left over and the pie spilled over while baking. Something went wrong but I will keep trying. I love vanilla pumpkin pie.

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2009
I made this recipe last night and My husband and I felt like there was something missing, I decreased the amount of sugar only by 1/2 c. and I added walnuts. This recipe was great. the bread was soft and full of flavor. It's an easy recipe and I will most deffinately make the them again. Thank you. Good stuff!
