Heavenly good waffles. I just didn't know at what temperature to set my waffle maker, since it's got that facility, but after trying out a bit, the waffles came out really great! Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfect!

Heavenly! I only left out the rum since I'm allergic to alcohol and used a slight bit too much coffee. I didn't check how much I'd used, I just kept adding the coffee and soaking the ladyfingers until they were quite mushy. Bad idea! I also reduced the sugar by 1/3 and it still came out perfect.
