Barley Turkey Soup

This was a really good base to work off of. I put three large cloves of garlic in with the carrots and celery cooked before I added the broth. I omited the onions because I'm allergic. Used others suggestion on tyme and sage. Didn't try the lemon but it sounds yummy....
