Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

A terrific recipe! Ripe fruit doesn't need any sugar so I omitted both white and brown sugars - and you need to watch the oven or the crisps will be too brown -7 minutes does it in a convection oven. I doubled the number of tortillas and still had left over fruit.

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

I give this 5 stars after some adjustments! As with several other reviewers I sauted onions with the mushrooms and when I made the sauce and looked at the noodles I knew it would be a dry casserole. So I doubled the sauce - 2 cans of soup and 2 cups sour cream. The result was a deliciously moist turkey dish everyone enjoyed. Next time I will double the mushrooms as well.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Two additions make this appetizer really special: a bit of pesto to the cream cheese and ranch mixture, which I let sit overnight to become more flavorful. Then I add sliced almonds over the top of the finished pizza. Always the first appetizer to disappear!
