Raspberry Coffee Cake

Excellent! Moist and delicious. I had frozen apricots on hand so I used those instead of raspberries. Everyone loved it. I substituted canola oil for the butter, but everything else was the same.

Delicious! I substituted potatoes of the zucchini, used frozen green and wax beans, omitted the kidney beans and used 4 cups of broth instead of the 2 cups and 2 cups of water. Fresh tasting and warming on a cold day.

Danish Pastry Apple Bars II

Excellent recipe! I make two 9X13 pans of this for a Christmas breakfast. Everyone raved about it. Just the right texture. The only thing I might do differently next time is reduce the butter in the crust. Otherwise, I was very pleased.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

The best chocolate cake I have ever made! I added one ripe banana into the batter and the texture was perfectly moist. The slight banana flavor combined nicely with the rich chocolate.

World's Best Lasagna

This is definately the best! I added some frozen spinach and instead of making the sause from scatch, used diced tomatoes and tomato sauce already seasoned with Italian herbs. It was a hit. I will definately be making this again. Thank you.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

An excellent cake. I substituted coffee for the water. I put whipped cream frosting in between the layers and chocolate butter frosting on the sides and top. I will definately be using this one again.

Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies

Really Good! Whenever I make them, they don't last for long. They are a perfect combination of chewy and crispy. I add chocolate chips. When kept in an airtight container at room temperature, the chocolate chips are soft and delicious.

Dutch Apple Berry Pie

I added an extra cup of apples. I also added crushed up "Good Friends" Kashi cereal, and oats to the crumb topping. Delicious! I will definately bake again!
