I served as the camp baker at Young Life's Woodleaf Towne during the summer of 1995. Baking for 500 kids and adults was a lot of work, but great fun!
My cooking tragedies
I didn't figure out until about 6 months after moving out on my own that when cooking on the stove, you didn't always have to use the "HIGH" heat setting. I wondered why everything cooked so fast and usually came out burnt, or boiled over on to the stove. Rookie mistakes!
