The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I followed this recipe to the T. Unfortunately, the first few batches were a little too crispy for my taste. I initially baked them for 6 minutes. I prefer a softer, chewier cookie. I decreased the bake time to 4.5 minutes and cookies were soft and chewy. You have to wait for them to harden, otherwise they appear uncooked when you take them out this early. But they will firm up! Good recipe.

Chicken Parmesan
All I can say is Wow! I have made chicken parmesan using the most popular recipe from this site, but this recipe blew the other out of the park! This is a no brainer. My goal in writing this review is to let Members know that just because a recipe has a thousand hits/reviews, does not always mean its the best. I followed this recipe for the most part, however, made a few changes. I substituted regular bread crumbs and a jar of Classico traditional sweet basil. This turned out amazing! I used the entire jar of sauce because I served it over penne pasta. I put a thin spread of sauce on the bottom of the pan prior to placing the chicken inside. This recipe will definitely be a keeper and I won't hesitate to forward this recipe on to others. What a treat!

Turkey in a Bag
Wow...what a Turkey! I was definitely a bit worried at first, since this was my first attempt at making a turkey dinner...and a Thanksgiving dinner at that! But boy was it a hit among my 7 guests! I also stuffed it with some homemade sausage stuffing and it was so moist! The turkey was also so ridiculously moist it just fell off the bone. I will definitely be cooking turkey in a bag for a long time to come.
