Roasted Vegetables

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
I think I have died and gone to heaven! What an excellent choice of seasonings and the balsamic vienegar was an incredible addition. I did use white balsamic to avoid discoloring the vegies, which has so much color to offer. I used one whole head of garlic, (next time I will used two)peeled and scattered, grape tomatoes and fresh asparaus at the end. I cannot wait to make this for friends and family and have them experience what outstanding flavours these vegetables have. Thank you so very much!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
This does take a little more time but worth every minute. Every time I make it I get asked for the recipe. Followed it exactly except replace ricotta cheese with cottage cheese, just personal preference.

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
Followed the recipe exact but next time will either cut salt to 1/2 tsp or not at all. I could not stop eating them, even though they were way too salty for my liking. I will make again and try with no salt at all. What an excellent snack!

Peanut Butter Pie XIX

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
Very, very good. Take just a sliver, it is very rich. I used 1/2 cup sugar, plenty sweet enough. I also used a chocolate graham crust, perfect. My grandkids went nuts, and insist I make it again, and again.

I followed the exact receipe but also added 1 tsp vanilla, dash of cinnamon and 1/2 cup crushed walnuts. Not sure what the cup size of the bananas, I had 5 bananas in the freezer that I defrosted the night before. It came out perfect at 350 degrees 55 minutes.

I made this for a Christmas party and it was a hit. I left out the pecans for any people who may have a nut allergy. Very tasty and very easy to make. Will be on the list of things to make for next year. Thanks for the recipe.
