'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing

Such a great guide recipe! Used mostlyplain yogurt instead of some of the mayo and dubliner cheese instead of parm, and fresh garlic. Yum!! Can't wait for dinner!!

Baked Salmon II

Perfect! I have often made salmon and just thrown on my seasonings, even very similar to this, but this just seems to me the magic recipe to be so delicious! I doubled the lemon becaus that's how we like it :) Thanks for the recipe!

Taco Bake I

Good, simple and homey feeling food. Tasted to me just like the inside of a burrito, but the whole family loved it. I served it with Mexican Bean Salad from this site that is loaded with corn and bell peppers so it was a nice combination. Thanks for the recipe :)

Red Velvet Cake

Pretty Good. I followed the first reviewers suggestions: 1 cup of oil instead of the 1/2 c shortening, double the cocoa and took it out right before I thought it should be finished baking. The frosting is quite buttery tasting if you like that sorta thing. Will likely use this recipe again just maybe try out different frostings :)

Flavor was good but I found the cake to be dry and spongey like an angel-food cake. Not what I was expecting for a white cake. Won't be using this recipe again, sorry :(

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Delicious, easy meal! My only issue was the super sweet syrupy sauce, next time I will use less sugar. I didn't follow the deep frying part, I just sliced up some pork roast from the night before and threw it in last. Can't wait to make this again, tweaking is just a bit for our family's tastes. :)

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This is a classic chicken pot pie that grandma would make! Its comforting and homey as is, or so easy to spruce up a bit! I like to use some white wine and herbs in the broth, and cook the vegetables in the broth instead of in water. Satueed mushrooms with the onions and the result is so yummy!

Chip Chicken Lollipops

These turned out really yummy! After trying BBQ, Sour cream and cheddar and salt n vinegar, we all agreed the salt and vinegar was the best! As per other reviews that these were bland, I dumped a bunch of salt, pepper, onion, garlic and paprika into the egg mixture to give the chicken a little more flavor and it worked perfectly!

Simple Turkey Chili

I hate to be the Debbie Downer but this just wasn't what I was expecting. It's far too spicey for me and the kids to eat. It's also quite soupy as many mention. My husband will love this as he loves all things spicey, though, so stars for that!
