My wife is not a fan of Pork, but she said that this was a keeper for a recipe. I did not add the chile paste becasue I could not find it and my kids do not like spice.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

For a guy who loves pumpkin, these were ok. My kids liked them but what kids does not like muffins! They were really easy to make. I think I will try them with a spice cake next time.

I loved this and my kids thought it was great. However, I suggest using 1-1/2 package of rolls, the final dish was too tall for me and the cheese almost fell off the pizza.

Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Sage Sauce

The family loved this. I used Tortellini’s because I had them and I used a 4-cheese Alfredo for more flavor. I will make it again and chop the shallots much smaller.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
