This was absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was I left out the hot sauce because we are not big fans of spicy foods so I was reluctant to try it. My husband even commented on how is was very tasty yet something different and that's out of character for him :)

Coconut Cream Cake I

This recipe was awesome! I made this cake for our Memorial Day cookout and everyone loved it, some said it was the best coconut cake they've ever eaten. I'm sure it will be on the menu from now on. THANKS :)

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

This was a very easy and quick meal to assemble. I was a little skeptical at first due to the simplicity of it all but the end result was outstanding. I will add more sauce next time since we like our chili to have more liquid but ultimately we will have this again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Very easy to make, big hit with everyone who attended the potluck!! I made half with milk chocolate Reese's and the other half with white chocolate and both of them went fast. Thanks for the recipe.
