Irish Soda Bread V

I don't know if I did something wrong, but I did exactly what the recipe said and the bread is dry. Maybe it will be better tomorrow after it rest for awhile. Never make this again.

I made this recipe at 6:00am took one to work and everyone loved it. My husband who does not like this type of bread said it was wonderful. I shared this recipe with a friend and she can't wait to made it herself. Thanks

Banana Banana Bread

I made this cake at 5:30am before work. Used only 1 3/4 cups of mashed banana's and took it for my staff. They loved the bread and it was gone in two hours. excellent recipe and I cannot wait to make it again for my family.

This recipe is marvelous. I do think that 1 1/2 of raisins would be better and plan to make it this way in the future. Best Irish soda bread ever made. Reviewed by: Cil D.

White Chocolate Cake

I made this cake for my sons birthday and he took the ledt over cake home and just loved it. Instead of using regular white chocolate I used Lindt coconut chocolate bars and that was superb. The frosting was made with the same chocolate and I used crisco and marshmellow in the frosting. Excellent.
