One of my husbands favorites! The garlic mayo makes it irresistible.

Cinna-spin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
I just got done making these cookies and it was very time consuming. Half way through I got fed up with the coils breaking and yes, I did refrigerate the dough. I just used the rest of the dough to make regular round sugar cookies. I pressed one side into the cinnamon still and just made them like that, the taste is the exact same it just doesn't look as pretty. Also, make sure you watch your cookies when they are in the oven, mine were done after 6 minutes.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
I added about 1T. of dried chives and some garlic powder and it was absolutely awesome! It was a little too thick for our tastes so I just added about 1/2 cup of milk to thin it just a bit.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
This was best ham and potato soup that I have ever had. I added about 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the milk/flour mixture and about 1T. of dried chives and also some garlic. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits from this site goes great with this meal.

My husband loves these. I do add the seasonings to the dough as well just for extra flavor.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
This was pretty good. Instead of chopping the onion and peppers myself I just bought a bag of frozen pepper medley, you couldn't even tell the difference. I also added a couple shakes of red pepper flakes just for some more spice.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
The root beer gives the pork a nice tang. I did rub some seasonings on the pork before putting it in the slow cooker and I also poked some holes in the pork so the juice could absorb better.

Goulash Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
This is a regular in my house. I do cook the pasta separately and then add it to the meat mixture once it is almost tender. I also add a couple shakes of red pepper flakes since my husband likes it better with more spice.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
This is my favorite cookie recipe! I always add some chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces to the dough for something extra.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Sauce was very bland even after adding a lot more seasonings to it and it was very oily. The meatballs were okay, but I have had better. It is an easy meal, but I won't make this again.

Didn't care for the mayonnaise taste, and I even decreased it to 1/4 cup.

I made these with a sugar cookie crust instead and they turned out great! These will be part of my holiday baking from now on.

Used mint oreos and it turned out great. Very sweet, so make sure to cut it into very small pieces.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Made this for Thanksgiving and it was divine. Used 3 packages of cream cheese instead of 2 and baked it for about an hour in a water bath. This will be made every year for Thanksgiving from now on!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
These are the best cinnamon rolls!! I used the whole package of instant pudding mix, added a couple more tsp of cinnamon, and decreased the amount of pecans to 1/3 cup since we don't care for them as much. It took about 25 minutes to bake in my oven. They turned out great! The frosting was delicious as well.

Smothered Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
This is a restaurant quality dish! My husband and I love this one. I do not add as much brown sugar to the onion mixture, about a tablespoon instead of the 1/4 cup. It gives the onions just a hint of sweetness and that is just right for us. I served it with twice baked potatoes. Delicious. **UPDATE** I just made this recipe on the grill and it turned out even better than on the stove top. I marinated the chicken with half a bottle of Lawry's Garlic and Herb marinade for 4 hours. Preheated the grill to medium heat and grilled the chicken for about 8 minutes on each side. Then I put a piece of tinfoil on the grill and put my chicken on it and topped the chicken with the onion mixture, bacon, and cheese and continued to cook it until the cheese was melted. Using the tinfoil prevents you from losing your onion mixture etc in the grill grates.

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2011
These are awesome! I do not have a mini muffin pan, so I just used my regular sized muffin pan and ended up with 8 muffins. I did add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter as well. Next time I make these, I will probably double the recipe.

Hearty Chicken and Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
This is a good casserole. I used cream of chicken soup and added more seasonings like garlic powder and Italian seasonings. If made as is, I think it would have been too bland for my family's taste.
