Lemon Cupcakes

This is the first time I made cupcakes from scratch and they turned out perfect. Light, fluffy, just enough lemon flavor. I also did not have the self rising flour so I added the baking powder. I also did not have unsalted butter so I omitted the additional salt and used salted butter. They were absolutely delicious. I will definitely make them again and again! Thank you for the recipe

Shrimp Scampi II

I have made this recipe several times and it is delicious. The only thing i added was alittle light cream for consistency....this recipe is a keeper...use fresh shrimp

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was sucha hit. I was told it now has to be on the turkey day menu every year. I did not change the recipe a bit!! THANK YOU!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Kim's Lasagna

I prepared exactly (except for the fennel seeds....none on hand). This IS the best lasagna I have ever made and will be the only way I make it from now on. I was skeptical with putting the noodles in hot water but it turned out awesome...YUMMY and thank u for sharing

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano

This was the first recipe that popped up for Pasta E Fagioli on the website and when I read the ingredients I knew it was the perfect recipe for what I wanted to make on this Fall Sunday afternoon. This was also my first attempt at Pasta E Fagioli. I followed the recipe exactly although 8 quarts is a bit much for the three of us! It was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. My son had seconds and thirds. The flavor, texture and presentation was that of a high quality restaurant. This is a definite keeper and I highly recommend it for a wonderful hearty family meal.
