Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
Great recipe! Made it three times already! I doubled the sauce and added two TB of sesame oil (instead of olive oil for the second batch). As per suggestion, I based the pork with some honey and it turned out absolutely tender and tasty!

Korean Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: May 25, 2009
I make a lot of Korean foods since I am Korean and this dish not only tastes authentic, but its very healthy! I used sesame oil instead of veggie oil and added a bit of sugar. The longer it marinates in the refrigerator, the better it tastes! Great recipe! :)

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
I've been making this turkey recipe for several years now and it tastes better every year! I add strips of bacon on top of the turkey to make the meat even more juicier (remove from turkey after bacon is cooked)! Also, I continue to baste the turkey every 30 minutes or so with the juices in the pan, which helps soak in the flavor. Great turkey recipe!!!

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2008
everyone not only LOVED how beautiful it looked, but also how good it tasted! i made a few changes - i added in some pound cake along with the angel food cake to give the trifle more heartiness. (then followed the suggestions by other reviews)....such as prepared the pudding according to package directions before mixing with whip cream and sour cream. only added a bit of cubed pineapples. also soaked the bananas in the pineapple juice!

great recipe! i used the salsa verde instead of the tomatillos; added some sour cream and cheese right before serving - it was quite tasty! (i also made mine the night before which made the chili even tastier the next day) :)
