Gorgeous. Made these for our Christmas dinner, they were a huge hit. My picky eater husband absolutely loved them. Will definitely be making them again and may try them with crabmeat. I used a plastic sandwich bag and piped the filling in and topped them with a little extra parmesan and a little sprinkle of cayenne. Had more than enough filling for 12 mushrooms so I used the left-over filling as a dip for celery and crackers.
Very quick and easy.. definitely one for the recipe box.
