Very easy to make, made with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Added an extra can of cream of celery along with cream of chicken. Didn't change amount of milk (1/2 cup, added a dash of salt. Thawed top crust in fridge for about 30 min. (crust came right off, no hassel). Baked bottom crust for 10 min. before filling, like others suggested. Baked for 55 minutes. Thank you for recipe. :)

Southern Peach Cobbler

Tasty and good. I made a single serving with a peach cup in the microwave. Used a lot less sugar than called for (single serving 2 Tbl. only used 1, next time I will use a lot less. Added a little cinnamon, vanilla extract. Topped it with whipped cream.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Good rice pudding, even though I made a so called lighter version. I used instant brown rice, skim milk, equal and 3 tbls. of egg beater whites in place of egg and omitted the raisins. I also added just a pinch of cinnamon. Very delicious. Thanks!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Omitted the paprika, garlic powder and used lemon pepper instead. Also omitted the egg, and used self rising flour since that is what I had on hand. Really good recipe. Wonder if I can bake instead of frying? Think it would be healthier even though I used smart balance 3 blend omega oil. Still kinda greasy will try baking next time.

Pita Pizza

Have been making these for a while now. Easy and fun to make. I put the pita in the oven on 350 until crisp and cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 min. Toppings are endless.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Very tasty, I did omit the basil, celery salt and onion powder, since I didn't have any on hand. I did however add garlic powder, and used lime instead of lemon. Will make again. Thanks!

No Bake Cereal Cookies

These are very good. Only made half the recipe with 1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. peanut butter, and 3 c. special k cereal. Thanks!

Easy Iced Coffee

This is very good. I changed it a little. I used 1 c. fat free milk and 2 pkts. of equal. Added 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Very refreshing and guilt free. Thanks!

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

These are great tasting blondies. Made only half of recipe for 10 servings. My husband and son loved these. Used self rising flour so I omitted the baking powder. Added peanut butter chips instead of chocolate. Very good. Thankyou for sharing!

Pumpkin Cake II

Made the recipe using spice cake mix. The cake is very moist. I do not recommend adding sugar and cinnamon. The cinnamon overpowers the taste of pumpkin and the sugar makes it very very sweet for my taste. Next time I make this I will omit the sugar and cinnamon. Overall very moist.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

This recipe is okay. Instead of 4 eggs I only used 2. I only used 1/2 c. of oil instead of 1 c. They still came out very moist. Added 1 tsp. all spice in place of 1 tsp. cinnamon. Next time I will add another tsp. all spice to make them spicy.
