Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

For the past 20+ years I have prepared prime rib almost every Christmas eve for our family. In the past I have sprinkled garlic salt on top and just roasted it at 350 degrees. This year I decided to try something new and found this recipe. I tried it and it was excellent. There was no drippings on the bottom of the pan, just fat. It was moist, fork tender, and delicious. My entire family loved it. The only problem I had was that I cooked a 14 pound roast at 425 degrees and it was at 120 degrees in 2 1/2 hours. Even though it rested more than 2 hours, it was perfect. Great recipe, thank you!

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

I love this recipe and use canned chicken most of the time. I add about 1/3 cup craisons and that takes away the blandness but doesn't make it too fruity. It's a good change of pace sandwich!

Zucchini and Tomato Casserole

I absolutely love this recipe. I slice the zucchini width-wise about 1/2 inch thick and saute them with pam spray and add italian seasoning on each side. Then I put them on the bottom of a casserole dish, slice tomatoes from my garden on top and add more italian seasoning. I use parmesan cheese on top. I now make it all the time.

Best Tuna Casserole

It's been decades since I've had tuna cassarole and this one renewed my interest. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic, small bow tie pasta, and extra milk. Not really interested in peas of extra mushrooms. I make it all the time now and wished I had thought about putting cheese in it a long time ago!

Best Spaghetti Sauce in the World

I found it to be bland and runny. Maybe I did something wrong, but my husband re-read the recipe and I did everything it said to do. I won't make it again. Also, it feeds more than 4!
