Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Curry Soup

Very Delicious! I cut back 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. I couldn't find kaffir lime leaves, so I squeezed one fresh lemon juice. Added 1 (16 oz) can of chunky pineapple with a side dish of white rice. Very good!

Cinnamon Rolls II

First time using this recipe. Came out delicous. However, I had to use more flour than what the recipe ask, probably cause I live high altitude. The frosting, I change it al ittle. I added only 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspon of powdered sugar instead of what the recipe called for. I read other reviews and they added 8 oz of cream cheese and knew I didn't need to add that much, because I would end up too much icing. It came out perfect consistency not too sweet. I poured over hot cinnamon rolls and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. It tastes just right. Hopefully, it helped.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

I had to double the ingredient of elbow only, because it was too creammmmy. The end of the result, it was delicous. I sugest if you don't like it tooo creammmy, you can either cut half the recipe called for of sharp cheddar cheese or make double of elbow or other bite size pasta. Next time, I will use medium cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Oh and one more thing, the it takes about 10-12 minutes to thicken the sauce, not 3-4min. I advice to use nonstick pot to prevent turning brown on the bottom pan, but keep stirring the sauce until thicken.

Fresh Asparagus Soup

Vegetarian Tortilla Stew

I thought it was vegetarian tortillas soup. It tated like it. My husband and I love it. We garnish with sourcream, and tortillas chips. To make torritllas chips, I used 2 corn tortiallas and butter both sides. Sliced thin strips and bake it at 350 degree until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Wonderful flavor! I didn't add vegetarian meat. Although, it was still great! I followed the recipe exactly, except I misread the can of whole peeled tomatoes, crushed, I used fresh peeled tomatoes, crushed. I had to add about 1 cup of water after I added the tomatoes into the pot with beans. But it turned out good! Next time, I'll remember to used cans of whole peeled tomatoes, crushed.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

This is wonderful stuffed peppers. My husband I love it! Although, I didn't add crumbled feta cheese, but I sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top of the stuffed peppers. It was delicous!

Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup

I feel something is missing. It wasn't creamy as I was hoping. Although, my husband thought it tasted healthy. I think I'll keep looking for more recipe of butternut squash with more creamy and sweeter flavor.

Mushroom and Potato Chowder

Very delicous! Will make it again. I followed the recipe, exactly except I added more water, because i thought mushrooms were alot, but it wasn't after you cook it down. Mushrooms will shrink down alittle. Just follow the recipe. It will turn out perfect. I love it!
