Italian Sausage Soup
Five stars if you add onion and extra garlic. I made this recipe a dozen times last year.

Five stars as long as you use chicken stock instead of water. Also, I bought a rotisserie chicken from the gocery store and just pulled the meat from it. I used a whole can (14 oz)of lite coconut milk rather than the heavy milk.

Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu
Great recipe. I put the prepared chicken rolls over a bag of baby spinach and then pour the soup mixture over that. Sprinkle with extra swiss cheese. I have also had luck using turkey instead of chicken. Serve with brown or wild rice.
